CAROL STEVENS is a film maker and a p/time senior lecturer at the University of the West of England. Her films explore memory and place. Writer/Director credits include ‘Clutch’ 2002 funded by the UK Film Council, ‘Lazy Eye’ 2003 supported by Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and winner of the HTV Carlton award at Brief Encounters Short Film festival 2003. ‘Ladies’ 2004, Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, UWE and Ignition Films. ‘Clutch’ and ‘Ladies’ are both distributed by the British Council to International film festivals.
